Farhan Ahmed has been named John Pye Auctions Player of the Month for September.
The 16-year-old academy graduate made his County Championship debut against Surrey, becoming the youngest to take a ten wicket haul in a red ball game on these shores and dismissing the likes of Ben Foakes, Will Jacks, Rory Burns and Dom Sibley.
Ahmed took three further wickets at Essex before claiming six scalps as Notts secured a ten wicket win in Kent.
He was presented with his award by John O'Sullivan from John Pye.
