Kathryn Bryce, Sarah Bryce and Grace Ballinger have signed three-year contracts with The Blaze.
The trio join Kirstie Gordon in committing themselves ahead of domestic restructure becoming effective next winter.
Kathryn is currently the top run-scorer in the Charlotte Edwards Cup with four fifties in her last seven games, while she has nine wickets across the tournament.
Her productive return to The Blaze colours with the bat follows her success at the T20 Women’s World Cup Global Qualifiers in Abu Dhabi, at which she led Scotland to glory alongside sister Sarah.
“It was a no-brainer to extend my time with The Blaze,” Kathryn Bryce said.
“I am really excited to be continuing with this group, we have settled in really well with everyone at Trent Bridge and I’ve been playing some of my best cricket over the last year, which hopefully I can build on moving forward”
“We're assembling a core who will be here for a period of time which is great - we enjoy playing with each other and I feel like we’re always growing as a group.”
Sister Sarah sits second in The Blaze's T20 run-scoring rankings so far this summer, with her haul of 169 runs including an unbeaten fifty at Lord’s against Sunrisers.
She has claimed 10 dismissals in nine games, with eight stumpings in the Charlotte Edwards Cup - the joint most of any wicketkeeper.
“It’s special to be staying at The Blaze, particularly considering what we’ve achieved over the last couple of years and where this team has the potential of going,” Bryce said.
“We are starting to fulfill our potential as a group whilst playing an expressive brand of cricket which is really enjoyable to be a part of.
“I feel at home at Trent Bridge after the last two years, and I think, for a lot of us, our best years hopefully still lie ahead, and that is really exciting to look forward to."
Ballinger, meanwhile, is signing her second professional contract with The Blaze.
The 22-year-old has taken 38 wickets in both formats since the switch to Trent Bridge, with a T20 economy of just 6.30.
Having concluded her studies at Loughborough University, the 2025 season will be her first without additional academic commitments.
“My biggest growth has come in the last year or two since becoming a full-time professional, so to be able to say I’ll have that opportunity for the next three years is really pleasing,” Ballinger said.
“I’ve felt like I’ve got the rewards from really committing myself to the game, and focusing exclusively on cricket will hopefully help me move my own skills on again.
“And to be around the same environment, and a similar group of players, will hopefully mean I can continue enjoying cricket as much as I am now.”
The trio have helped The Blaze to successive T20 Finals Day appearances and a runners-up spot in the 2023 Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy.
“Kathryn, Sarah and Grace have all played leading roles in our success over the last 18 months, so it’s massive for us to be able to secure their services for the next three years,” Chris Guest said.
“They’re influential players in their own right, and remarkably experienced considering how young they are.
“They offer a great deal to us on and off the pitch, and their best years could still be ahead of them, which is really exciting both for them and us.
“Keeping a core of our group together is really important to sustain the positive results we’ve achieved recently, and with four players signing new contracts, we’re beginning to do that.”
