The stalwart seamer, who has entered his 16th summer as a professional with Nottinghamshire and is currently enjoying his testimonial year, features alongside an army of Outlaws supporters in the promotional video, visibly gaining strength from their backing.
The film highlights how a T20 matchday at Trent Bridge is about more than just the game, with music, food and a cameo from a flare-wielding Matt ‘Mattchin’ Horan from the BBC’s Tailenders podcast all featuring.
“I’ve been lucky enough to see both sides of supporting Notts on T20 nights,” said Fletcher upon the release of the film.
“Before I made my breakthrough into the first team, I was cheering the lads on from the stands - and part of me still misses that to be honest!
"Trent Bridge has always had that buzz when the Blast comes back around, and as a player, those game are what you play for.
"You want to play in front of as many people as possible, and show them what you can do, and with the crowd being so close to the action here you really appreciate their backing.
"They cheer us on when we're on top in games, and they get behind us in those twitchy moments when we need their help to get over the line.

"This is a special video for me personally too, because my son Freddie stars in it alongside me. He had a great night being part of the filming, so I know he's buzzing to see it, and to come back down for the games this summer."
This year’s cinematic video is once again produced by Affixxius Films, who first partnered with the Outlaws for 2011’s ‘Put Some Colour in Your Cricket’ campaign.
“It always excites me that, even after so many years working with Notts, there’s always more to say about T20 at Trent Bridge,” said Affixxius’ Commercial Director Tim Cabrelli.
“Of course, there’s the on-field entertainment – and we’ve tried to capture some of that explosiveness in the film – but that’s only part of the story.
“Whether it’s the food, the music, or just the chance to soak up the atmosphere in the sun with your friends and family, we hope we've conveyed everything that Trent Bridge has to offer in less than a minute.
"It remains a privilege to partner with the club, and we can't wait to see the film in all its glory on the big screens at this summer."
