Over £3,000 has been raised in this year’s Trent Bridge Community Trust Christmas auction, run by long-standing club sponsors John Pye Auctions.

Ranging from signed and match-worn memorabilia to hospitality packages and money-can't-buy experiences, 12 items sold for a combined total of £3,317.

Matchday hospitality at a 2025 Vitality Blast fixture proved to be the most sought-after lot, with bidding reaching £1,201. Meanwhile, a framed England Test shirt signed by the XI who beat New Zealand in unforgettable fashion in 2022 fetched £402.

A host of signed Notts and The Blaze memorabilia also featured in the auction, alongside experience days at Trent Bridge during the upcoming season.

Funds will assist the Trust as Nottinghamshire’s official charity continues its life-changing work with those in need across the city and county.

“I’d like to thank all of those who placed bids in the auction and congratulate those who were successful. The funds they have contributed will make a tangible difference to our work in the city and county,” said Nottinghamshire’s Head of Community and Development, Mandy Wright.

“Unrestricted funds like these are crucial to us, as they allow us to distribute proceeds across all of our programmes to ensure they have the most impact.

“Our thanks, as ever, also go to John Pye for facilitating the auction – and for their support of other initiatives across the year, including our recent Christmas lunch for participants in our Forget Me Notts scheme for individuals with dementia.”
