What’s on

Pre-match

Arrive in good time to explore the free family entertainment around the ground (activities vary by fixture, but often include face painting and glitter tattoos), and soak up the matchday soundtrack with live DJ sets at the Sound Bar in the Trent Bridge Inn Courtyard. To see what's on around Trent Bridge for the upcoming match refer to the matchday guide here..

Interval

The interval is a great time to stretch your legs, grab refreshments, and revisit any family-friendly activities on the concourse areas. Entertainment can include roaming performers and pop-up activations on selected matchdays.

In-ground entertainment

Keep an eye on the big screen for crowd moments, prompts and updates as the game builds, while the DJ keeps the energy high throughout the matchday.

Matchday Schedule

How to enjoy the Blast

Big moments to watch for
Sixes: the biggest swings (and often the biggest noise).
Wickets: the game can flip in a single ball, especially in the powerplay and at the death.
Catches: boundary-line grabs and diving stops are often match-defining.
Final overs: the last few overs are where chases are won (or defended) in a flash.

Crowd prompts and big-screen tips
When to cheer: big hits, big wickets, sharp catches, and game-changing overs are your cues.
4/6 cards: if you’ve got them, lift them up high on boundaries. Our friendly volunteers will be handing cards out at T20 matchdays.
Scoreboard tips: keep an eye on the required rate (in a chase), the overs remaining, and the “need off X balls” line in the final stretch.

Mascot moments

Nuts the Squirrel roams around the ground during Blast matchdays, and you may even spot a big-screen cameo during the game.
Best tip: if you’re keen for a photo, keep an eye on concourses and family activity areas as you move for refreshments and breaks.

Post-match: meeting the players

How it works
After every home Vitality Blast match, supporters are invited to meet the players for selfies and autographs, with autograph cards provided.
Locations and routes can vary by fixture, so follow steward instructions at the end of play.

Autograph/selfie tips
Bring a pen “just in case” (even if autograph cards are available).
Pick one item per person for signing if it’s busy, so everyone gets a turn.
Have your camera or phone ready before you reach the front.
