The new app acts as a digital wallet for match and event tickets at our historic home, allowing users to store their tickets within the app itself. The QR code for each ticket will become available 24 hours before the event, reducing risks associated with counterfeit tickets.
Supporters will also be able to transfer tickets directly to friends and family, or to receive tickets from their fellow attendees, at the touch of a button.
Your stand and seat number can be found on your ticket. If you have any trouble locating your reserved seat, kindly speak to one of our friendly stewards who will be happy to help.

You will notice on your arrival that our Pavilion redevelopment is still ongoing, and will continue through the course of the summer. Please note that the Pavilion building itself is not in use at present, however members will return to the Pavilion terrace seating for this fixture.
Access to the seating area will be via the path to the side of the Hound Road Stand, where some building machinery will be in place behind barriers. Please take care when passing through this area. The interior of the Pavilion remains unavailable as the extensive refurbishment continues, but the toilet block behind the Pavilion will be in operation. Kindly follow the advice of our stewards if you need assistance in finding or accessing your seat.
Hospitality boxes on the West Wing of the Radcliffe Road Stand are now reserved solely for the use of players and match officials, having been converted into dressing rooms and facilities for support staff. Players will enter the field of play from the Radcliffe Road End of the ground.
2026 members will be able to access a members-only area of The Clubhouse, located on the first floor of the Hound Road Stand, by brandishing their membership cards on entry.
Members will also be able to secure a 10% discount on drinks in the clubhouse, with a range of food options also available.
Half of the Derek Randall Suite will be devoted to the Clubhouse, with the other half reserved for hospitality.
Members requiring accessible access to The Clubhouse may use the lift and enter via the hospitality area. All other members are kindly asked to use the stairs on the other side.

If you can tear yourself away from the on-field action, we're laying on a host of free family-friendly fun on Saturday and Sunday that can be found in the Bridgford Road Stand concourse. Entertainment will include face painting (both days) and slime activities (Sunday only).
Head to the TBI courtyard and visit England’s Official Partners, Toyota, who will be with us for all five days of the Test, with a prize up for grabs for the first supporter to take 10 catches in their matchday activation game.

Spectators will be permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drink. However, supporters are not permitted to bring alcohol into Trent Bridge, or any food / drink in glass containers.
Delivered in conjunction with One Planet One Chance — the UK's only carbon-neutral reusable cup solution — supporters will be able to assist Trent Bridge's efforts to become increasingly environmentally friendly with each drink they purchase.
An extra £1 charged on your first drink of the day will cover the cost of washing their cup for re-use, while you will receive a fresh eco-cup at no extra cost when returning your cup to make a new drinks purchase.
By dropping your cup into a deposit bin at the end of your visit, you will play a significant part in helping Trent Bridge to reduce plastic waste by ensuring cups can be re-used on future matchdays.
Water dispensing facilities will be available around the ground if you wish to use your own refillable water bottles.
Public Wi-Fi is available throughout Trent Bridge, which you are very welcome to use at your leisure.

For souvenirs, replica shirts, bats, balls and training wear, our Club Shop is located at the rear of the Radcliffe Road Stand, near to the reception entrance on the ground floor.
The Club Shop will be open throughout the fixture.
Smaller retail units will also be available in the TBI Courtyard, Bridgford Road concourse and Acrisure Stand.
Scorecards will be available from our Club Shops, priced at £1.
Programmes and commentary radios, broadcasting both BBC and Sky Sports commentary, will be available from vendors around the ground. If you already own commentary radios from previous international matches, they will still be operational during this fixture.

Paid-for parking can also be found on the Victoria Embankment. Please note that the Embankment is no longer accessible via car from the Eastern approach (near Trent Bridge), and must now be accessed via Queens Drive/ Riverside Way to the West. The postcode NG2 2GJ may assist when navigating to the car park.

The Queens Walk and Meadows Embankment tram stops are located around a 20-minute walk from the ground, with the route from the Meadows Embankment stop proceeding along a pleasant stretch of the River Trent. Alternatively, a stop at Nottingham Train Station can be found just a 20-minute walk away.
The most convenient tram park & ride site for the A453 can be found at Clifton South (17-minute tram travel time), while parking is also available at Toton Lane (31-minute tram travel time).

Regular bus travel is available to the ground, with bus stops situated on Bridgford Road and Radcliffe Road.
Nottingham Station can be found a 20-minute walk from the ground, with public transport and taxis available to convey you to your destination.

We recommend using Musters Road (near the PKF Smith Cooper Stand) or Radcliffe Road as taxi pick-up/ drop-off points.
Supporters planning to take their bikes to Trent Bridge are welcome to chain their bikes to the fence on the Bridge Field Car Park on Bridgford Road. Please bring a chain to secure your bike.
Bike parking will be available from two hours before scheduled start times until an hour after close of play. Kindly note that bikes are not allowed inside the ground for this fixture.

Toilet facilities will be open and signposted around the ground, with stewards on hand to guide you to your nearest facility. These will include a Mobiloo accessible toilet, with an adult-sized changing bench and a hoist, situated near the Radcliffe Road West Gate.
Please note that some of our accessible toilet facilities do require a radar key to enter so kindly ask a volunteer or steward if you'd like to borrow one.
Baby changing facilities are available in the William Clarke Stand ladies' toilets, the Bridgford Road Stand accessible toilet, The Ticket Office Building on the ground floor within the ladies toilets (via the Ticket Office), In the Radcliffe Road Stand (on the concourse, beside Radcliffe Road Reception) & in the West wing of the first floor (if you are a Hospitality guest), and in the accessible toilet to the rear of the Acrisure Stand (scoreboard end).
We're proud to be recognised as a Breastfeeding Friendly in Rushcliffe certified venue, with a private baby feeding room and quiet space available in the Radcliffe Road Stand, next to reception. This space includes baby change accessories, a comfortable feeding chair and a calming projector.
A limited number of Trent Bridge sensory bags will be available to borrow for the duration of the match, which can be collected from the Radcliffe Road Reception or the ticket office.
Bags will include some of the following items: kids-sized ear defenders, binoculars, fidget items and a set of emotion cards. Please ensure you return the bag and its items at the end of the game for others to enjoy.
A quiet room is also available next to the Radcliffe Road Reception for those families with a neurodiverse youngster that need a place to retreat for a little while.
First Aid facilities will be available at the rear of the Radcliffe Road and Bridgford Road Stands.
Wheelchair viewing positions are available in front of the Bridgford Road Stand, Hound Road Stand and Larwood & Voce Stand, as well as the Hound Road Upper, Radcliffe Road Lower and Middle tiers and the top of the Bridgford Road Stand. You'll also find electric wheelchair charging points at the top of the Bridgford Road Stand.

All spectators visiting with children can take advantage of our free wristband system. Simply collect your band from one of our gate stewards or volunteers.

At Trent Bridge, we expect everyone to be courteous to their fellow spectators and that all those in attendance conduct themselves with a level of decorum befitting of the resplendent surroundings.
Kindly, therefore, be sure to regulate your alcohol intake accordingly — and help others within your party do the same.
We also request that you refrain from visiting our venue whilst clothed in inappropriate fancy dress outfits that are liable to cause offence to children and young families.

You are most welcome to exit the venue during the course of your visit to explore the surrounding area. Please be sure to check in with a steward as you leave in order to be permitted re-entry.
Our stewards will be on hand to ensure you are safe and secure throughout your day at Trent Bridge and should be your first port of call if you see anything that you may consider dangerous or suspicious.
We ask that you travel light and bring only essential items. Bags are best left at home although we do allow small ones through the gates. Your bags will be searched upon entry, so please arrive in good time.

Designated smoking areas are assigned in various concourse areas, but smoking (including e-cigarettes) is only permitted in these areas, so please refrain from smoking in your seat.
For days 1 to 4 of the Test Match: If, for the day for which the ticket is valid, play does not take place OR play is restricted, you will be entitled to a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being: (a) zero to 15 overs played - a full refund; (b) 15.1 overs to 30 overs played - a 50% refund. In no other circumstances can money be refunded.
Refunds will be made automatically by Nottinghamshire CCC to the original purchaser only, by refunding their debit or credit card. For refund queries telephone 0115 899 0300. In respect of tickets purchased at the ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, refunds may be claimed by sending this ticket with your name and address in block capitals to the host venue within 28 days of the match date. Please allow 30 days from the receipt of the claim for your refund to be processed.
This refund policy does not apply to day 5 of Test Matches. For Day 5 tickets, a full refund may be claimed on the value of the ticket only if there is no play.
This refund policy also does not apply to discounted tickets on day 3 or 4 if the main reason for the discount is the prospect of an early finish (less than 30 overs).

All spectators are very welcome to visit the Wynne-Thomas Library and explore the thousands of books on the shelves, read the latest cricket magazines and chat to other visitors.
In the Library there are displays about the players and the matches that link New Zealand with Nottinghamshire CCC and Trent Bridge, and about Harold Larwood’s international career to mark the centenary of his Test debut on 26 June.
There is also some information about the current project to refurbish and extend the historic Pavilion, and details about how supporters can help to restore the portrait of Mordecai Sherwin, a former NCCC captain and wicket keeper who was born 175 years ago.
Visitors to the mezzanine level will be amongst the first people to see ‘Trent Bridge – A Cricketing Cathedral’, a magnificent stained-glass window created and donated by local artist Michael Brown.
Proceeds from the sale of second-hand cricket books and of the recently-published 'View from the Bridge - Nottinghamshire Cricket 2000-25' will also go towards the Sherwin Portrait Appeal Fund.
Situated behind the Ticket Office, the Wynne-Thomas Library is open from 10am until the end of the tea interval on every day of this match.
Displays about the major women’s cricket matches played at Trent Bridge since 1939 and about Eileen White – a great pioneer of the women’s game – are in the corridor near the Ticket Office.
Information panels about Notts’ knights of the realm – Sir Garry Sobers and Sir Richard Hadlee – can be seen on the ground floor of the Radcliffe Road stand, in the waiting areas named after these two giants of the game.
The 2025 County Championship pennant is also displayed in the western stairwell of the Radcliffe Road stand, between the ground and first floors.
Members are welcome to witness training on Wednesday 24 June, on production of a valid membership card for entry. Access will be via the TBI Gate, with seating in the William Clarke Stand.
England are due to train in the morning (9.30am - 12.30pm approx) and New Zealand in the afternoon (2pm - 4pm).
Toilet facilities will be available in the William Clarke Stand, but please note that refreshments will not be available for purchase.

Throughout the Test, supporters can enjoy a range of special book signings and appearances from leading cricket writers and photographers.
Day Two will feature England, a book by Getty Images Sport photographer Gareth Copley, celebrating 20 years of following England through his photography, alongside words from the players involved. All royalties from the £40 hardback will be donated to the MND Association.
On Day Three, cricket journalist Tim Wigmore of The Daily Telegraph will be signing copies of his book, Test Cricket: A History (Sunday Times Sports Book of the Year 2025), available in paperback.
