Trent Rockets have become the first side in the history of The Hundred to see both their men’s and women’s side progress straight through to the Final.

The Rockets men confirmed their place in the showpiece at Lord’s on Sunday after Sunrisers Leeds’ loss away to Manchester Super Giants meant they could not be overtaken at the top of the table.

In doing so, Sam Billings joined Ash Gardner in leading their sides straight to the Home of Cricket, where both sides will meet the winners of the respective men’s and women’s Eliminators.

The feat pulled off by the Rockets is historic, as in five previous years of The Hundred, no side has ever seen both their men’s and women’s side skip the Eliminators.

Both sides from Southern Brave previously made it to the Final, doing so in the competition’s inaugural year in 2021, but on that occasion, their men came through the Eliminator.

This year, both Eliminators will take place at the Kia Oval on Friday, with the women’s game already confirmed as featuring Sunrisers against Brave.

Meanwhile, the makeup of the 2026 men’s Eliminator remains in the balance, with four sides - Super Giants, Sunrisers, MI London, and Welsh Fire - jostling to finish in second and third.
