Nottinghamshire fell to a 22-run defeat to eventual champions Lancashire in their Vitality Women's County T20 semi-final at Bradshaw CC.
After the vast majority of the group stages were washed out, with Notts seeing all of their fixtures abandoned, the Outlaws had progressed to the last four via the drawing of lots.
Choosing to field after winning the toss, Teresa Graves' side secured the scalp of Emma Lamb for a two-ball duck, courtesy of Olivia Baker.
Liberty Heap soon followed, bowled by Amelia Kite for 5, and when Lancashire captain Ellie Threlkeld was removed in the same fashion, the Red Rose county found themselves 15/3.
Fi Morris (21) offered the first signs of resistance before being removed by Rebecca Widdowson, but it was England U19 keeper Seren Smale (65) and Danielle Collins (32) who propelled Lancashire towards their total of 135/6.
Kite castled Smale to finish with figures of 3/30, with Graves accounting for Collins.
In reply, Notts soon lost their top three of Yvonne Graves, Teresa Graves and Annie Williams, before Michaela Kirk steadied the ship.
Kirk, who endured an injury-ravaged 2022, hit 49 from 51 balls on her return to Notts colours.
Kirk and Eleanor Owen (16) forged a 66-run stand, but the duo's departure precipitated the loss of four wickets in the final two overs.
Notts reached 113/9 from their 20 overs.
