The Outlaws' campaign commences with the visit of Worcestershire Rapids on 27 May – a fixture which is one of three to be played on Friday evenings, along with encounters against Birmingham Bears (17 June) and Durham (1 July).
Sunday 29 May sees Trent Bridge play host to a T20 double-header, as Lightning's Charlotte Edwards Cup clash with Southern Vipers precedes the Outlaws' match against Northamptonshire Steelbacks.
Notts' midsummer battles for bragging rights against Leicestershire and Derbyshire, meanwhile, will be played on Tuesday 21 and Thursday 23 June respectively, with a further midweek fixture seeing Lancashire Lightning travel to Nottingham on Tuesday 31 May.
"After winning the trophy behind closed doors in 2020, it'll be great to be playing in front of our supporters at Trent Bridge again," returning Blast skipper Dan Christian told the Talk of Trent Bridge podcast.
"It's a wonderful ground to play at, and the closeness of the crowd makes it a fantastic atmosphere to play in.
"It was strange to end up watching from afar last year and not be able to help the team (after Christian's call-up to the Australia squad), but they still did a wonderful job.
"I'm looking forward to coming back and trying to go that little bit further this year."
In order to provide tailored experiences to supporters, and to help spectators to guarantee their preferred spot for T20 fixtures this summer, reserved seating will be in place for all Vitality Blast fixtures.
The PKF Smith Cooper Stand will now comprise an alcohol-free zone, an area for families in which alcohol is permitted (and in which each group must contain at least one junior), and a section of members-only seating. As a result of these changes, alcohol will now be permitted in the William Clarke Stand.
