All-rounder Lyndon James says he prides himself on contributing with both bat and ball, after a run of three wickets in 14 balls from the seamer sent Nottinghamshire to an emphatic innings victory.
The 22-year-old took six wickets across the match, and also contributed a first innings fifty, to help the Green & Golds to their second victory in as many matches.
