Trent Bridge is set for a bumper attendance for the forthcoming Vitality Blast quarter-final with in excess of 10,000 seats having already been secured with over a week to go until the match.
The knockout tie will take place on Wednesday 25 August with a 7pm start, with the Hound Road Upper and Radcliffe Road Middle having already become the first areas of the ground to be booked to full capacity.
Notts Outlaws secured safe passage through to the last eight by topping the north group with nine wins, three ties and two defeats from their 14 matches.
They will face a Hampshire Hawks side that emerged victorious in five consecutive fixtures at the back end of the group stage to secure their spot in the last eight.
The quarter-final matchup represents the Outlaws’ solitary opportunity to play T20 cricket before a full crowd in 2021 after the group stages were played out before reduced capacity attendances due to Covid-19.
Notts are the reigning Vitality Blast champions having lifted the trophy following victory over Surrey at Finals Day last year.
