Peter Trego and Ben Duckett's enterprising knocks late on the final day of Bob Willis Trophy action at Trent Bridge weren't enough to force victory against Durham.
The pair opened the batting in pursuit of an unlikely target of 202 off 17 overs and hit 34 from 22 and 36* from 28 respectively before the players from both sides shook hands on a draw with the score on 82-1 from 9.2 overs.
Earlier in the day, Nottinghamshire had bowled Durham out for 329 with six wickets coming for the spin duo of Samit Patel (4-80) and Matt Carter (2-63), alongside three for Peter Trego (3-34).
