Lizzie Jones, the soprano who has joined the quest to place a defibrillator in every cricket club in Nottinghamshire, will perform on the Trent Bridge turf ahead of Notts Outlaws' clash with Leicestershire Foxes on Saturday 27 July.

Jones, whose husband tragically died aged 29 in 2015 after suffering a cardiac arrest during a match, has since raised over £150,000 for defibrillators and heart screening events throught the Danny Jones Defib Fund.

The singer, who will also sing the Outlaws onto the field for their game against Derbyshire Falcons on Friday 16 August, has wowed sports crowds across the country, including at England football internationals and the Rugby League Challenge Cup Final.
