Hours Of Play
You are welcome to join us from 5pm when gates open, at which point the big screen production will begin, with the start of play scheduled for 6:30pm.
The first innings will take place between 6:30pm and 7:45pm, before a 15-minute interval. The second innings will then be from 8pm to 9.15pm. In the unfortunate circumstance of any rain delays, there’s provision for half an hour of extra time before any overs are lost.

NatWest T20 Blast Group Stages
If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less and no result is obtained, you will be entitled to a full refund on your ticket. If your ticket has been purchased in advance, this will be refunded automatically to the relevant credit or debit card.
Tickets purchased on the gate can be returned to the ticket office for a full refund. Alternatively, you may prefer to exchange for any other home regular season match during the 2017 season (subject to availability).
If 10 overs or more are played but no result is obtained, please feel free to exchange your match ticket for any other regular season match at Trent Bridge during the 2017 season.
Kindly note, we require ticket exchanges to have been made in advance of the day of your chosen fixture. This policy applies only to paid-for match tickets.
Outlaws Season Ticket
If, in any given Outlaws fixture, play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less and no result is obtained, you will be entitled to claim a complimentary match ticket for a home match during the 2017 season.
You may wish to use this to collect a ticket for a day of Specsavers County Championship cricket for yourself, or to claim an additional ticket for a friend or family member to attend a NatWest T20 Blast or Royal London One-Day Cup fixture.
Kindly note, we require ticket exchanges to have been made in advance of the day of your chosen fixture. This policy applies only to paid-for match tickets.
Ticketing Information And NatWest T20 Blast Fixtures
Anyone needing to collect tickets on the day of the match can do so at our Ticket Collection Point at the ground, which is situated on Bridgford Road, level with the back of the Smith Cooper Stand, from 4:30pm. Our friendly Stewards will be on hand to direct you.

If you'd like to purchase tickets for that match, you can do so online here. Remember that savings can be made when buying online in advance of midnight the day before the game in question.
Should you wish to purchase tickets on the day of a game, the Ticket Office - situated behind the Pavilion - will be open throughout the match and until half an hour after it finishes.
Please note there is also the possibility of a home quarter-final tie if results go in the Outlaws’ favour, so keep an eye on the website for more details.
Food
A range of outlets, serving locally sourced food, will be situated around the ground for you to enjoy. You can download the ground plan here.
The Cricketers’ Suite, on the first floor of the Radcliffe Road Stand, is open to all and serves hot and cold food, including vegetarian, gluten free and halal options, as well as a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
An extra bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is available in the squash complex situated around the back of the Pavilion.
Trent Bridge Inn Courtyard
A range of additional food outlets will be housed in the Trent Bridge Inn courtyard, including:
• Rustic Crust’s fresh wood-fired pizzas;
• Freshly hand-battered fish & chips (portions available);
• A Gallops Farm unit serving prime beef burgers & locally sourced sausage;
• Sylvester & Green’s Roast Pork.
You'll find children's meal deal boxes at our fish & chips and Sylvester & Green Roast Pork units.
A number of ice cream outlets will be dotted around the ground. They are situated in the TBI Courtyard, on the Radcliffe Road concourse, on the Smith Cooper concourse and behind the Fox Road Stand.

Bringing Your Own Food & Drink (No Glass Or Cans Please)
You're welcome to bring your own food, but kindly ensure that any food or soft drinks are in plastic or cardboard containers.
It is not permitted to bring alcohol into the ground, and this also now applies to members. Cans, glassware or metal cutlery are also not allowed on site.
William Clarke Stand - Outlaws Family Zone
The William Clarke Stand is now Trent Bridge’s designated alcohol-free family zone for T20 cricket and you'll find this stand nestled in between the Radcliffe Road End and the Smith Cooper Stand.
Within this seating area, there’s plenty to keep children entertained, with free face painting, glitter tattoos, a balloon modeller, a caricaturist and regular visits from our mascot, Nuts the Squirrel.
Entertainment in the William Clarke Stand is available between 5pm and 9pm only.
Match Day Activities
If the explosive entertainment of the NatWest T20 Blast isn’t enough, we are also laying on a host of other family friendly entertainment, much of which you can find in the Trent Bridge Inn Courtyard - behind the William Clarke Stand.
There, you can collect your NatWest T20 Blast/Outlaws giveaways and visit the Outlaws Cricket Zone, where children can take part in batting, bowling and fielding exercises.
A balloon modeller will roaming the TBI Courtyard before the match and will move into the William Clarke Stand during the match.
Don’t forget to strike your best batting and bowling pose in front of our photo opportunity areas at the back of the Radcliffe Road End of the William Clarke Stand, opposite the back of the Trent Bridge Inn.
Young guests will be delighted to visit our face painter and bouncy castle, while a crèche staffed by qualified and experienced nannies are situated in the Squash Courts, which is accessed via the Ticket Office, near the Pavilion.
After the match, the entire Outlaws team will sign autographs at the front of the Pavilion on the outfield shortly after close of play. Remember to bring along your ‘My heroes autograph card’ and collect all the players’ signatures, including overseas signings Dan Christian and Ish Sodhi.
Finally, look out for our in-ground pyrotechnic displays, which we use to celebrate the Outlaws’ boundaries and wickets with entertaining flashes of colour.

Junior Wrist Bands
At all NatWest T20 Blast matches, spectators visiting with children can take advantage of our new free wrist band system. Simply collect your band from one of our gate Stewards or volunteers, or alternatively ask a member of staff on the Radcliffe Road Reception or Ticket Office.
On the reverse of your wrist band, where details are well hidden from view, simply complete the following information:
• Parent/guardian’s name
• Contact phone number whilst in the ground
• Your stand and seat location
• Date
These details will then help a steward reunite you with your child should you become separated or should he or she get lost around the ground.
Retail
Club Shop units selling official Outlaws replica shirts, together with a host of Trent Bridge souvenirs, will be open on the Trent Bridge Inn Courtyard, as well as locations on the Fox Road and Radcliffe Road sides of the ground.
Baby Changing Facilities
Changing facilities are available in the Members’ Pavilion disabled toilets, as well as in the squash complex ladies' toilets (access via the Ticket Office near the back entrance to the Pavilion), the William Clarke Stand ladies’ toilets and the first floor toilets on the East Wing of the Radcliffe Road Centre. Please feel free to ask any steward for directions.
The squash complex changing rooms can be made available upon request from a Steward as further baby changing facilities accessible to men, or as a quiet feeding area.

Cameras and mobile devices
Please note that the use of any cameras, mobile devices or any electronic equipment for the recording, transmission or communication of match footage, details, statistics, images (on any platforms including but not limited to websites and social media) etc, is not permitted, other than with the proper accreditation. All ground regulations apply.
You can, however, take pictures for your own personal use, providing you do not use specialist equipment such as telephoto lenses, tripods or mono pods.
Accredited photographers will be present during the match and will be taking images for use on our printed marketing materials and digital channels. If you or anyone in your party would not like photographing, then please inform our photographer.

Smoking Policy
Designated smoking areas are assigned in various concourse areas, but smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted within the stands or buildings.
Car Parking
Car Parking for spectators is available in the Bridge Field Car Park on Bridgford Road, a few hundred yards beyond Trent Bridge, priced at £5 (£2 for Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club Members).
Overspill car parking is situated at the Notts Sports Ground, Lady Bay, off the A6011 Radcliffe Road, and at Nottingham Forest Football Club behind the Brian Clough Stand, off Lady Bay Bridge and then Scarrington Road.
Travelling By Bicycle
Supporters planning to take their bikes to NatWest T20 Blast fixtures at Trent Bridge will benefit from cycle parking facilities in the Bridge Field Car Park on Bridgford Road.
Kindly remember to bring a bicycle lock with you. Parking facilities will be available from two hours before scheduled start times until an hour after close of play.
Travelling By Bus
Discounted bus travel has been secured thanks to a partnership with Nottingham City Transport.
Ticket holders will also be able to travel on Nottingham City Transport buses for £2.50 when they show a valid match ticket or membership to the driver.
Please note this offer is only valid on Nottingham City Transport buses in Greater Nottingham, and after 9.30am.

Travelling By Tram
The nearest tram stop, Station Street, is just a 20-minute walk from the ground, and anyone travelling from outside the city can take advantage of NET’s free park and ride facilities.
We've teamed up with NET to offer a special £2 return event ticket offer for all T20 match and season ticket holders.
To take advantage of this deal, fans need to select the Event Ticket option from the ticket vending machine before boarding the tram, and make sure they have their match or season ticket to hand in case of a ticket inspection.

Travelling By Train
The ground is a 20-minute walk from Nottingham Train Station towards West Bridgford and over the bridge, with regular buses also dropping off close to the ground.
