Limited tickets for the fourth Royal London One-Day International are still on general sale and are available from the ticket office situated on Bridgford Road.       

Hours of Play

Gates open at 12:00pm, with start of play scheduled for 2:00pm. The first innings will take place between 2:00pm and 5:30pm, before a 45-minute interval. The second innings will then commence from 6:15pm until 9:45pm.

In the unfortunate circumstance of any delays, there's provision for 30 minutes of extra time before any overs are lost. The innings break can also be reduced from 45 minutes to 30 minutes if needed.

Weather Forecast

Wednesday looks set fair at Trent Bridge with temperatures reaching highs of 21 degrees for the vital match between the Black Caps and England. Suncream and hats are available from the Trent Bridge shop, to ensure you don’t miss a minute of the action by being forced to shirk the sunlight.

Ticket Information

From 9am – 11am matchday tickets can be purchased from the Ticket Office at the corner of Bridgford Road and Hound Road.

From 11am matchday tickets can be purchased from the Ticket Office situated next to the Trent Bridge Inn pub.

Pre booked tickets can be collected from the Ticket Office at the corner of Bridgford Road and Hound Road from 9am throughout the course of the day.

Team News

England have welcomed Jamie Overton into their matchday squad for the fourth Royal London One-Day International against New Zealand as a replacement for Liam Plunkett after the Yorkshire bowler was rules out of the rest of the series with a thigh injury.

Twin brother Craig had already been added in place of Chris Jordan and the hosts will be looking for victory to level the series after losing the third ODI by three wickets.

Meanwhile, New Zealand lost Trent Boult to a back injury before the third ODI where he was replaced by Ben Wheeler who took 3-63. After losing Corey Anderson to injury earlier in the series, the Black Caps have announced Colin Munro as a replacement.

Add to them, Sylvester & Green, Cool Box Yoghurts and a number of other outlets serving coffee, tea and hot food and you have a wide range of outlets to choose from.

If you still wish to bring your own meals, ensure that any food or soft drinks are in plastic or cardboard containers. On the other hand, it is not permitted to bring any alcohol, cans, glassware or metal cutlery into the ground.

Car Parking

Car parking for spectators is available along the Victoria Embankment.

Travelling By Bicycle

Supporters planning to take their bikes to fixture at Trent Bridge will benefit from cycle parking facilities in the Bridge Field on Bridgford Road.

Bike parking will be available from two hours before scheduled start times until an hour after close of play.

Travelling By Bus

From the city centre (Market Square, Broadmarsh or train station) No. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 drop off on Bridgford Road. No. 10, 10a drops off on Loughborough Road. No. 11 drops off on Radcliffe Road.

Discounted bus travel has also been secured thanks to a partnership with Nottingham City Transport.

Ticket holders will also be able to travel on Nottingham City Transport buses for £2 when they show a valid match ticket or membership to the driver.

International Eventlink Park & Ride Service

The Eventlink Park and Ride Service will operate for the Royal London One-Day International and Investec Ashes Test Match.

Eventlink is a direct bus service run by Notts + Derby which operates approximately every 10 minutes from Queen’s Drive Park & Ride Site to Trent Bridge, located just off the A52 on the south side of Nottingham, costing just £5.00 per car for up to a maximum of four people (with a £1 surcharge for over four people).

For the Royal London ODI, the service starts at 12pm, running at least every 10 minutes until 2pm. Buses will return regularly from 9.30pm every few minutes until an hour after the last ball has been bowled. This timing will be fluid dependent on the time of the last ball bowled.

Buses only drop off and pick outside Sandicliffe Ford on Loughborough Road (within 100 yards of Trent Bridge).

Travelling By Tram

The nearest tram stop, Station Street, is just a 15-minute walk from the ground, and anyone travelling from outside the city can take advantage of NET’s free park and ride facilities.

As an added incentive to take the tram, NET will be running its £2 return event ticket offer for all match and season ticket holders.

To take advantage of the deal, fans need to select the Event Ticket option from the ticket vending machine before boarding the tram, and make sure they have their match or season ticket to hand in case of a ticket inspection.

The £2 Event Ticket will be available for all Notts Outlaws NatWest T20 Blast home games this season.

Travelling By Train

Nottingham Station – 15-minute walk from the ground. Taxis and buses are available outside the station to the ground.

East Midlands Trains are also improving their service between Nottingham and Lincoln this summer. This service will now run until 10:26pm for any supporters leisurely making their way back to the station following the match.

Travelling By Air

East Midlands Airport – 30 minutes from the ground (approx. 13 miles), take the A453 and follow signs for cricket traffic.
