16:43: Wicket and the trophy!
Broady has shown his class here, and has taken three in the final over. His last ball clean bowls Simon Jones and hands Notts the YB40 trophy, with 87 runs and seven overs to spare.
16:39 32.2 Overs. Wickets - Cosker c Mullaney b Broad 3, then Wagg c Read B Broad.
This could be over very soon. No sooner has Broad got the ball, than two more fall. Two vicious deliveries in three balls are skied, Mullaney under the first and Read the second. Notts have one hand on the trophy...
16.29 31.0 Overs WICKETS - Wright c Lumb b Shahzad & Salter LBW Shahzad.
Wow. Shahzad picks up the ball and bowls with the Pavilion behind him. His first ball is popped to Michael Lumb, and two balls later he sends Salter packing, another rapid delivery into the pads. Notts in the driving seat, Glamorgan now 152-7.
16:22 30.0 Overs. Glamorgan 144-5 (Wright 14*, Wagg 11*)
Samit is unplayable this afternoon. Another exceptional over sees the ball turning almost around corners. He has 3-21 from seven overs, and Glamorgan now need more than ten an over. They've taken the powerplay
16:15 27.0 Overs. Glamorgan 129-5 (Wright 7*, Wagg 3*)
The Samit Patel show is continuing. More tight bowling leaves him figures of 3-14 off five. Swann is having a harder time of it though, 0-30 from the same number. Notts well on top at this stage, with the required run rate inching toward 9 an over. Samit to continue...
16:02 23.1 Overs - Wicket: Goodwin LBW Samit for 6.
He was full of confidence ahead of the fixture, and he's acting on it in this second innings. Another lovely ball beats Goodwin's bat and thumps his pad. Finger raised, Goodwin goes, Glamorgan are 119-5. He finishes the over well too, and currently has 3-13 off his four overs.
15:54 21.4 Overs. Wicket: Allenby b Samit for 34.
There's a bit of movement in this pitch, and Samit is using it brilliantly. A very similar delivery to the one which saw off Cooke, the flight and movement deceiving and once again finding off-stump. Notts in the driving seat with Glamorgan 115-4
15:45 19.5 Wicket: Cooke b Samit for 46.
Phew. Notts needed that. Just when it looked like Cooke was going to make 50, Samit finds some turn in the track and neatly bowls him. Allenby 31*, and Broady returns...
15:34 16.0 Overs: Glamorgan 84-2 (Allenby 15*, Cooke 33*)
This is shaping up to be an exciting contest. Jim Allenby, identified by many as Glamorgan's key man, is living up to his reputation. He's quickly progressed to 15, alongside Cooke, and the pair have gone affter Shahzad and Steven Mullaney.
15:22 12.0 Overs: Glamorgan 50-2 (Allenby 4*, Cooke 15*)
Glamorgan passed 50 in the tenth, and are dealing largely in singles at the minute. Harry gurney has had to be at his best to save four, him and the rest of the Outlaws look very sharp in the field today.
15:09 8.4 Overs: Wicket - Rees b Shahzad for 29. Glamorgan 42-2
I believe the phrase is 'an absolute jaffa'. Shahzad replaces Broad, and his fourth delivery flies past Rees' guard and takes off the top of his off-stump. Notts needed that, and they're in the driving seat.
15:05 8.0 Overs. Glamorgan 35-1 (Rees 23*, Cooke 10*)
Better from Glamorgan. A couple of shorter deliveries from Broad have been punished, and Rees looks in good touch. At the end of the mandatory powerplay Glamorgan are 40-1
14:48 4.0 Overs. Glamorgan 12-1 (Rees 8*, Cooke 2*)
More tight bowling from Broad keeps Rees and Cooke quiet, before a huge appeal for LBW which doesn't impress the officials. Gurney's one loose delivery goes for four, among deliveries that draw sharp breaths from the media centre.
14:40 2.0 Overs. Glamorgan 6-1 (Rees 2*, Cooke 28)
An excellent start for Notts. A tight over from Broad followed by an excellent first delivery from Gurney to see off Glamorgan's captain. His second was edged, but it fell just short of Swann in second slip.
14:36 1.1 Overs: Wicket - Wallace c Taylor b Gurney for 2. Glamorgan 4-1
Stuart Broad bowls the first over of the second innings, before Harry Gurney is thrown the ball. Seconds later he makes the breakthrough, having Wallace caught by a diving James Taylor.
14:20 ANDY AFFORD ON TWITTER
@AndyAff - "Even at half way. Great moment when @si610 (Simon Jones) bowled his final delivery. Key moment when dismissing @jamestaylor20 (James Taylor)"
14:08: 40.0 Overs - Notts Close on 244-8
Hogan's final over goes for 7, thanks to some excellent work from Graeme Swann. He does, however, bowl Stuart Broad with the innings' final delivery. Notts finish on 244-8, so Glamorgan will require 245 to win.
14:03 - 39 Overs: Wicket: Mullaney b Wagg for 21
An excellent cameo comes to an end, Mull stepping away from one that careers into his stumps. Earlier, he thumped possibly the best boundary of the day, sending Hogan away for 4, and the batting powerplay closed with 47 runs added for the loss of two wickets.
Swann to be joined by Stuart Broad for the final over
13:52 David Hussey scored 42
13:48: 36.0 Overs - Notts 206-6 (Mull 5*, Swann 11*)
Steven Mullaney has wasted no time, sending one away for four, and with Graeme Swann having the audacity to flick one beyond the fingertips of keeper Wallace, the chances of a 240 total look unlikely, but possible.
13:45 MARK WAGH ON CHRIS READ'S DISMISSAL
"That's the wicket that Glamorgan were keen to get. They were looking down the barrel at 250 and now that's all changed in a few overs. Read's looked like a slow-wicket dismissal which puts a gloss on the Nottinghamshire total. I can't see this being an easy pitch to score on second time around. I'm terrible at predictions though!"
13:44 - 35.2 Overs: Wicket: Chris Read caught c Cooke b Hogan for 53.
Hussey left the field to a huge reception, to be met at the gate by Graeme Swann. He wasted no time, flicking one beautifully for four. Read, however, failed to add before sending one in the air to Cooke. This is going to be a tight game...
13:38 - 34.2 Overs: Wicket: David Hussey run out by Ben Wright for 42.
Two balls after the batting powerplay, and one after Read launched a massive six, some exceptional fielding sees David Hussey sent back to the pavilion. Notts 189-5, with Graeme Swann the new man in.
12:26: 20.0 Overs - Notts 78-4 (Hussey 39*, Read 35*)
This partnership is looking handy, now standing at 78. 18 came off the 31st, Huss and Read helped by four wides. Now having tipped past 160, the pair will be looking to take every opportunity presented.
13:24 Chris Read 31 Not Out
13:14: 28.0 Overs - Notts 140-4 (Hussey 22*, Read 25*)
With twelve overs to go, Notts have looked to move things forward a bit. Read was tempted into playing Cosker, getting underneath one that bounced beyond the fielder, allowing him to run three. He then launched Allenby for a straight six which landed under the pavilion. Hussey has also flirted with flighted shots, though this time it fell safely for 2. With both players into the 20s, and having just made their 50 partnership the foundations have been set for a competitive total. Notts 140-4.
12:58 - 24.0 Overs - Notts 114-4 (Hussey 13*, Read 11*)
Simon Jones has offered little width in these latest overs, restricting the scoring well before Read pushed his final delivery away firmly for four. He finished his allocation with figures of 2-36, and both Read and Hussey have navigated their way to double figures. 114-4 with 16 overs remaining.
12:45: 20.0 Overs - Notts 78-4 (Hussey 7*, Read 1*)
At the halfway point, Notts have been pegged back by the Glamorgan attack. The loss of Patel and Taylor cheaply will be one setback more than Notts will have wanted at this stage, but Hussey drove Salter for four to see Notts to 98. He stands alongside Chris Read tasked with the responsibility of bringing this match back in Notts' favour
12:40 - 18.5 Overs: Wicket: Taylor c Wallace b Jones for 22.
After taking the attack to Simon Jones in the 19th over, hitting ten from three deliveries, Taylor edged behind to the grateful Mark Wallace for 22. Captain Chris Read is in, and Notts will hope that his and Hussey's shared experience will see them through.
12:33 17.1 Overs - Wicket: Samit c Rees b Salter for 10.
After looking comfortable, Samit looked to drive Salter, but only succeeded in hitting one crisply to Rees. Taylor still unbeaten on 12, and has been joined by David Hussey.
12:26: 16.0 Overs - Notts 75-2 (Samit 7*,Taylor 11*)
Steady going once more for Samit and Taylor, keeping Notts' run rate narrowly below 5 and adding runs where available. 75-2.
12:17 Simon Jones is playing his final 40 over game of his career.
12:16: 12.0 Overs - Notts 63-2 (Samit 3*,Taylor 3*)
After suffering the setback of losing their openers, Samit and Taylor have continued to take runs where available, making the most of the large outfield and Taylor's knack for quick running. Notts 63-2.
12:08 - 10.4 Overs: Wicket: Hales c Goodwin b Jones for 18.
After adding quick runs with James Taylor, Hales attempted to go aerial off Simon Jones, but was caught by Goodwin on the boundary for 18. Samit Patel is the new man in with Notts 58-2. James Taylor 2*
12:07 ALEX HALES 16 NOT OUT
12:02 MARK WAGH ON MICHAEL LUMB'S DISMISSAL
“It’s as though he was trying to hit it back to the bowler. The only thing I can imagine is if the wicket is slightly slower than we originally thought. There wasn’t much turn there, and Michael Lumb has got his eye in, but he’s managed to hit it straight back to the bowler.”
12:00: 9.2 Overs - Wicket. Michael Lumb c/b Salter for 28.
Just minutes after passing their 50 Partnership, Michael Lumb has become Glamorgan's first victim, Salter taking a sharp catch off his own bowling to end the Notts man's stay. His 28 included 3 fours and 1 six. James Taylor the new man in.
11:58 8.0 Overs: Notts 47-0 (Hales 12*, Lumb 25*)
After 35 deliveries, Notts broke the boundary deadlock, Lumb pulling Allenby for four in the sixth and from then on, the pair continued to add runs where available. Hales flicked one off his pads for four at fine leg, before driving Hogan down the ground for another. Lumb continued in similar fashion, smashing Allenby for consecutive fours before launching one for six in front of the Outlaws fans. By the end of the eighth over and mandatory powerplay Notts had added 47 for no loss.
11:45 PAUL JOHNSON ON BBC RADIO NOTTINGHAM
"The pitch looks similar to those that our openers will have become used to at Trent Bridge. They've had a look at the first four overs and now I hope we can go through the gears a bit."
11:44: 4.0 Overs: Notts 11-0 (Hales 4*, Lumb 5* )
After entering to a raucous reception, Hales and Lumb have navigated the opening overs steadily, taking singles when available without being drawn into big shots. Hogan and Allenby have found movement in the pitch, but despite a pair of hopeful appeals, there has been little to really trouble the Notts men. Notts 11-0.
