West Bridgford’s newest wine bar, Melo Melo, has officially been confirmed as an event partner for the Trent Bridge Wine, Champagne and Prosecco Festival.
The home of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club will host Nottingham’s biggest ever wine festival between Thursday 8th and Saturday 10th October, with bars, nibbles, street food and musical entertainment spread across the ground’s concourses and suites.
On Saturday 26th September, Melo Melo are celebrating one year of being part of the West Bridgford food & drink scene. With live music, great wine and a spectacular Vinyl set with DJ Fever from 9pm onwards, it’s truely something you don’t want to miss!
The bar will bring six wines to the festival – including the historic, independent Pol Roger Champagne, red and white wines and a rosé option.
Visitors who purchase a glass of wine from the Melo Melo concession will receive a 10% discount voucher to enjoy on their next visit to the West Bridgford bar.

The Trent Bridge Wine, Champagne and Prosecco Festival will feature a host of other wines from local merchants and established brands, and will run alongside the Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival, Nottingham CAMRA’s flagship event.
Tickets for both festivals are on sale now, with individuals who secure a spot at one of the festivals able to migrate between the two events, simply by purchasing a beer or wine glass when moving into the other festival site.
