Hundreds for Jack Haynes and Liam Patterson-White helped Nottinghamshire register a strong second day against Leicestershire at Trent Bridge.

Haynes made 159 - a career-best score - and Patterson-White added 111 not out, as the home side posted 451-8 declared, registering maximum batting points in the process.

Together, they put on 257 for the sixth wicket, a new record for the Green and Golds in this fixture against their neighbours, before Dillon Pennington claimed two wickets late on.
