Sauce Shop®, the independent sauce brand born in Nottingham in 2014, has today announced the launch of Nottinghamshire Sauce. A new deep, savoury cooking and table sauce developed in partnership with Trent Bridge.

The brand, founded by Pam and James Digva from their home kitchen in West Bridgford, less than a mile from the stadium, has signed up as Trent Bridge’s Official Sauce Partner on a multi-year deal.

Nottinghamshire Sauce is available to buy in the ground at the Trent Bridge shop, putting a bottle of Nottingham-made flavour firmly in the hands of local cricket fans.
