Captain Joe Clarke says Notts Outlaws were not at their best and accepted that it was a tricky afternoon against Lancashire Lightning at Emirates Old Trafford.

Clarke expressed a belief that Notts have had a disappointing start to the Vitality Blast, but he did note that there are still positives within the Outlaws’ side.

He also explained that his squad are determined to put the opening two defeats behind them and take charge of the campaign, which still has a long way to run.
