The Blaze Head Coach Craig Cumming says one of his philosophies throughout pre-season training is to give players every opportunity to grow their games.

In the midst of his first full winter training period since becoming Head Coach, the New Zealander spoke of his aims for the squad throughout pre-season.

He shared his love of being able to call Trent Bridge a base while benefitting from other locations, and discussed the influence of experienced, high-quality internationals in adding value to the programme.
