Originally scheduled to be played at Liverpool CC, the fixture was moved to Westhoughton CC, Bolton, after the opening day was abandoned due to water on the playing surface.
Fletcher pinned Keshana Fonseka in the fifth over of the contest for 1, with Hayes luring Arav Shetty into edging to Dane Schadendorf for 7 in the 13th over.
Harry Singh compiled an unbeaten 42 at the top of the order, with Joseph Moores making 14, as Lancashire reached 72/2 from the 27 overs of play that were possible.
