Haseeb Hameed struck back-to-back half-centuries as an experienced Derbyshire side came out on top in a Second XI T20 double-header at Worksop College.

Fateh Singh took the wickets of openers Harry Came and Luis Reece in the 11am fixture before Hameed top-scored with a 38-ball fifty.

Freddie McCann, meanwhile, found the rope on eight occasions on the way to a well-made 49 as Notts lost the first T20 by 46 runs. View the full scorecard here...

Tom Giles made a highly notable performance with the ball in the afternoon game, removing Reece and captain Anuj Dal before Hameed led the way once again with a 36-ball 58.
