West Indies batter Kavem Hodge revealed the sheer ecstasy of clinching his first Test hundred with a resolute display at Trent Bridge against England.
Hodge spoke of the "brutal" conditions at the crease, imposed particularly by lightning fast seamer Mark Wood, whose deliveries regularly reached the upper 90s.
The batter revealed that the testing conditions only made his first Test century all the sweeter as West Indies bounced back from a one-sided first day.
