Steven Mullaney is looking to empower the next generation of Nottinghamshire first-team players as he takes up a player-coach role at the club.
The former skipper also spoke of his burgeoning coaching career, and the insights he has gained from working alongside the likes of Peter Moores and Andy Flower in recent summers.
