Olly Stone believes the hostility with the ball shown by the Nottinghamshire attack in the first innings is the key to coming out on top in a to and fro encounter at The Ageas Bowl.
The 29-year-old ended with three wickets, his first for the club, in Hampshire's first innings of 231, and is hopeful of having even more of a role to play when he next gets the ball in his hands.
