5:15pm: A very heavy downpour passed over Trent Bridge a short while ago, saturating parts of the outfield. Thankfully, though, the rain has now stopped, and the groundstaff are beginning the mop-up operation.
5:55pm: In much better news, the scene at Trent Bridge is now much brighter, and the groundstaff are rolling up and removing the covers. Blue skies are visible and moving in behind the Smith Cooper Stand.
6:05pm: There will be a pitch inspection by the umpires at 6:30pm.
6:30pm: The umpires have completed their inspection, and the match is set to begin at 7:00pm. Toss and team news, along with a link to Trent Bridge Live, will be posted across our social media channels.
