Haseeb Hameed showed his class with a splendid hundred - his first for Nottinghamshire at Lord's - on a riveting opening day at the Home of Cricket.
The right-hander capitalised upon some batting friendly conditions after the visitors were inserted, and hit 12 fours on the way to 112.
He was offered support by Ben Duckett (43), and Steven Mullaney (92*), who carried the Green and Golds towards an imposing first innings total.
