Nottinghamshire captain Steven Mullaney praised his side's efforts during their drawn encounter with Middlesex at Trent Bridge.
Mullaney was effusive in his praise of a frontline attack which toiled away for two days before the skipper opted to employ some of the more occasional members of the bowling unit, including a maiden over in professional cricket for Tom Moores.
The all-rounder also spoke of how Haseeb Hameed's tireless work in training had borne fruit throughout the summer, with the opener chalking up his second ton of the season during this fixture.
