Nottinghamshire Head Coach Peter Moores is aiming for the Green and Golds squad to become battle ready, as pre-season training went outside for the first time this week.
With a marquee erected at Lady Bay Sports Ground, the UK based Outlaws had their first taste of training on grass in the off-season.
And as the opening LV= County Championship fixture looms against Durham in just over a month, Moores knows the switch to outdoor training is a clear indication the season is drawing closer.
