Luke Fletcher called on his Outlaws teammates to strive for further improvement after a comfortable win over Leicestershire took them to the top of their Royal London Cup group.
Fletcher, whose four-wicket burst in his marathon spell at the start of the game defined the course of the contest, also showered praise on his fellow seam bowlers and the rising stars in the Notts slip cordon.
