On the back of a string of impressive second XI performances, Liam Patterson-White transferred his form onto the first-class scene with both bat and ball to enjoy a stellar second half of the Championship summer.
Named the Uncapped and Academy Most Improved Player Of The Year winner at the End of Season Awards, the 20-year-old was more than worth both of those accolades after 20 wickets and a maiden half-century in his first five appearances in the top flight.
Those performances led to a first professional deal, of three years in length, and there's plenty more expected in the coming years of the all-rounder. For now, enjoy his best wickets, and celebrations, from his 2019 efforts.
