Mark Footitt collected a four-wicket haul as Nottinghamshire’s three-day Second XI fixture against Warwickshire ended in a draw.
The 33-year-old fast bowler took two wickets on the final day to finish with overall figures of 4-41 from 22.2 overs as the visitors declared on 349-9 at Lady Bay.
This meant for a first innings deficit of 60 after Liam Patterson-White’s 153 on the opening day had seen the home side post 409-8.
Nottinghamshire reached 64-3 in their second innings – with Chris Gibson (15), Jake Libby (20), and Lyndon James (12) the men out – before close of play brought the inevitable draw.
Patterson-White finished a match in which he also took 2-47 from 16 overs, unbeaten on 14.
