Six's Bar Manager Dan Warren, who recently finished second in a worldwide bartending event, demonstrates how to make Six's signature gin cocktail, 'The Grass Cutter'.
Warren represented the United Kingdom at the Diageo Reserve World Class bartending championships in Berlin in October, finishing second overall within a field of 56.
It ultimately meant that Dan, who was the fastest bartender on show having produced ten drinks in four-and-a-half minutes, finished second out of a field of 10,000.
