Nottinghamshire’s Samit Patel is to appear on A Question of Sport tonight (14 March).
The batting all-rounder took part in filming at Salford Quays, Manchester in October following a 2017 season where he was named the PCA Players’ Player of the Year and the PCA’s MVP.
He will appear on the same team as captain Matt Dawson, who won the Rugby World Cup with England in 2003, and Mark Selby, three-time World Snooker Champion and current world number one.
The episode will be aired at 10.45pm on BBC1 and there will be a repeat on Sunday 18 March at 3.35pm.
