Nottinghamshire Women secured victory in both games of their double header against Yorkshire and Warwickshire thanks to excellent contributions from a number of players.
In the first match against the White Rose County, Notts posted what proved to be the biggest total of the day as Lucy Higham made 33 and Teresa Graves top scored with 45, after Sonia Odedra’s 18 at the top of the order.
Madeline Walsh was the pick of the Yorkshire bowlers with 2-18 in a total of 146-5.
In reply, the hosts put on 50 for the first wicket but struggled thereafter as Kirstie Gordon enhanced her reputation with 4-25, including the wickets of the top four Yorkshire players.
Beth Langston (26) and Adrianna Darlow (23) top scored for the batting side as they came up 30 runs short as Sophie Munro, Jodie Dibble and Teresa Graves also picked up a wicket each.
In the second match, Warwickshire batted first and looked set for a big target at 82-3 and 102-4 with plenty of overs in hand.
But Notts fought back to restrict them to 116-8 as Teresa Graves (2-17, Kirstie Gordon (2-19), Jodie Dibble (2-24) and Lucy Higham (1-25) were in the wickets.
The run chase went right down to the last ball with two required, with Yvonne Graves (5 not out) ensuring Notts got home.
Sonia Odedra had earlier scored an important 20 and Teresa Graves made 44 to continue her fine day with the bat
This weekend, Notts travel to Banstead CC to take on Surrey and Middlesex.
