Nottinghamshire’s seconds secured a draw on the final day of their Second Eleven Championship contest with Warwickshire in Birmingham.
Resuming on 46-2, the home side batted throughout the final day to close on 326-6 with Mark Footitt finishing with figures of 4-48 from 12 overs.
Alex Thomas secured his second century of the match for Warwickshire with a knock of 118 in the second innings following his unbeaten 134 in the first day.
Joey Evison took the wicket of Thomas with a smart caught and bowled whilst Jack Blatherwick took the other wicket to fall.
Wicket-keeper Alex Mellor also reached a century for Warwickshire as both sides took 13 points from the encounter.
The result leaves Notts sixth in the Second Eleven Championship North Division table.
Notts seconds are next in action on Monday August 30 when they travel to Liverpool to face Lancashire in the Second XI T20 trophy.
