Nottinghamshire’s Second XI were beaten by Yorkshire in both T20s at Barnsley.
First, Notts suffered defeat by 109 runs after the home side posted a score of 207 in their innings, thanks mainly to a knock of 94 from ex-Worcestershire batsman Tom Kohler-Cadmore.
In reply, Notts were bowled out for 98 as opener Greg Smith top scoring with 32.
Off spinner Azeem Rafiq took four wickets for just five runs from his two overs to hit the Notts chase.
The second game in South Yorkshire brought defeat by seven wickets.
Connor Marshall’s unbeaten 42 from just 29 balls helped Notts to a score of 130-7 in their 20 overs.
However, Yorkshire reached their target in 14.1 overs as opener Ryan Gibson top scored with 42.
