Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club is seeking to recruit a team of volunteers to assist in the delivery of domestic and international match days at Trent Bridge.

Successful applicants will work in teams under the guidance of professional staff to inform and entertain those who have travelled to the games to take in the two contests.

The volunteer offering includes general volunteers - who support the match day operation in areas such as catering, retail, media and the all important meeting & greeting of customers – and entertainers.

The Club would also like to hear from singers, dancers and musicians, as well as talented artists, all to help ensure a unique experience for spectators from when they arrive in the city through to departure.

Trent Bridge has been ranked as the best venue in the country for spectator experience for seven seasons in succession, with volunteers playing a crucial role in that success.

After a 2015 summer during which Trent Bridge played host to England’s record ODI run chase of 350 against New Zealand, followed by the historic securing of the Investec Ashes, Sri Lanka and Pakistan are the two visiting nations in 2016 in June and August respectively.

In addition to supporting international fixtures, volunteers will get the chance to become the ‘T20 Blast Crew’, helping generate an electric atmosphere via merchandise distribution and providing concourse entertainment.

All Volunteers will receive full training, a uniform and travel expenses.

Applicants must be over 18. The closing date for prospective volunteers is Monday 25 April.
