BBC’s local radio commentary on every day of county cricket is now available to access on mobile and tablet, meaning supporters can follow the action wherever they are.
This is the next step for the partnership between the BBC and the England and Wales Cricket Board, which has seen live commentary on all LV= County Championship, Royal London One-Day Cup and NatWest T20 Blast cricket available via BBC online streams, the BBC Sport website and promoted on BBC Local Radio websites, the ECB website and county cricket websites.
The live commentary from Nottinghamshire fixtures can be accessed as a click through from Trent Bridge Live which - combining live scores with written, photographic and video content - is an ideal companion for Notts' supporters on every first team match-day.
“This is what we’re all about, bringing the action to the widest possible audience and connecting people to the sport they love," said BBC head of interactive Ben Gallop.
"This next phase in mobile audio commentary brings many exciting opportunities to open up the full range of coverage available from both BBC Local Radio and our national output.”
