Graeme White was the dominant Nottinghamshire performer in an innings victory over MCC Young Cricketers that kick-started the Second Eleven Championship campaign.
Match figures of 7-64 combined with a knock of 83 helped a strong side ease past the YCs at Radlett.
Notts named eight professionals in the side with Sam Kelsall (83) and Paul Franks (77) also scoring freely with the hosts restricted to 215 and 155 all out either side of Nottinghamshire's 336.
