Nottinghamshire Director of Cricket Mick Newell will parade the LV= County Championship trophy ahead of the sold-out clash between Nottingham Panthers and Sheffield Steelers on Saturday.
Newell, an avid ice hockey fan, will be joined by Mark Wagh, Jake Ball and Andy Carter in at the National Ice Centre.
“I’ve been looking forward to this match for a while and having the opportunity to walk on the ice will make it especially memorable,” he said.
“A lot of people have offered us their congratulations over the past couple of weeks and it’s pleasing that so many have taken pride from what the team has achieved.”
The squad will attend a reception at Buckingham Palace later this month and have been invited to parade the trophy at the City Ground ahead of Nottingham Forest’s match against Coventry on Tuesday 9th November.
Members and supporters will soon be able to pre-order a commemorative book documenting the inside story of the 2010 season.
