Notts spinner Graeme Swann has defended the referral system after being handed two dismissals on the advice of the third umpire in England’s fourth Test against West Indies in Barbados.
Devon Smith and Brendan Nash were given out lbw after England asked the off-field official to look at television replays.
"While it's there we intend to use it to our advantage,” said Swann.
“In Jamaica we weren't happy with it, we thought were on the rough end of a couple of decisions. It's a system that will have people arguing over it but people have always argued about lbw.
"It's not very nice when a decision has been given and it's referred because you desperately don't want it taken away from you.
"As a bowler I have been complaining for years about lbws I don't get.”
