Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club is looking to appoint a full-time Communications and Media Manager.
This is a newly created role that reports to the Deputy Chief Executive and is based in the Commercial Department at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground.
The successful candidate will be responsible for pro-actively developing and implementing the Club and venue’s internal and external communications and media strategy in its entirety.
A key element of the role will be providing all written copy for the website and for the Club’s publications including magazines, match day programmes, press releases and Notts CCC match reports.
You will be required to build and maintain good working relationships with local and national media to maximise positive coverage of all aspects of the business.
You must have a proven track record in media relations and in devising communications strategy. Production of consistently high quality written output is essential.
A previous background in a sporting environment is preferable but not essential.
