Samit Patel was a happy man after hitting the first Championship hundred of his career at Trent Bridge.
The 22-year-old followed up his career-best 176 against Gloucestershire with 108 against Glamorgan - and claimed it was his best so far.
He said: "I've been waiting to get a century at home for a long time so it was an extra-special feeling to get to three figures.
"It was probably my best hundred as well in terms of my control and there were no false shots before I got out.
"It was great to have someone of the experience of Jason Gallian batting at the other end, because he talked me through the tough periods."
