Hot Honey Peach & Feta Salad

Fresh diced peach tossed in hot honey and lightly charred, mixed with chunks of feta, shallots and cherry tomatoes with a sprinkling of fresh basil and mint is a perfect marriage of sweet, juicy, salty and acidic – every bite is a taste of summer (Sulphates)

 

Char Grilled Mediterranean Marinated Courgette , Sun-dried Tomato Orzo Pasta with a side of Meze inspired yogurt dressing

Slow-tenderized courgette halves infused with a signature blend of Greek aromatics, finished over flames to char. Served with a sun-dried tomato and Calabrian pesto Orzo pasta and a zingy Mediterranean dressing ; to complete the dish. (Soya, gluten)

 

Raspberry Pastel de Nata

A variation on a traditional Portuguese custard tart, featuring sweet and tangy raspberries incorporated into the classic rich egg custard and flaky puff pastry.
