As Team Operations Manager, Mollie Stentiford is at the heart of organising all the logistics that enable The Blaze’s entire operation to function smoothly.

A Sports and Exercise graduate of the University of Birmingham, she gained her first taste of professional sport when she worked as a volunteer in the anti-doping operation at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in the city.

She joined The Blaze ahead of the 2026 season in a cover role for maternity leave, and enjoyed a historic first campaign as the side won an unprecedented treble.

Indeed, as of the end of her first season in cricket, Stentiford possessed an enviable record of having won every competition she had been involved in, after also helping Trent Rockets Women to glory in The Hundred that same year.
