The woman charged with compiling all the information around The Blaze’s own showings, and those of their opponents, is Performance Analyst Holly Armitage.

Armitage has been on the staff at Trent Bridge since 2021, when she joined as an intern alongside studying for her master’s degree at Loughborough, having previously completed an undergraduate degree in Lincoln.

She has since progressed into a role that sees her cover both men’s and women’s operations, leading on the analysis provision for The Blaze first XI and covering second XI, Academy, and pathway matches for Nottinghamshire.

Armitage, who is also an ECB Level 2-qualified coach, played an instrumental role in bringing home the treble with The Blaze in 2026 in her fifth season as an analyst.

She was also one of four members of The Blaze’s first XI backroom staff who helped Trent Rockets Women to glory in The Hundred that same year.
