Nottinghamshire batsman Riki Wessels has agreed a short-term deal to represent Abahani in the Dhaka Premier League.
Wessels will play alongside Luke Wright for the team who are looking to avoid relegation.
"Abahani are the longest-serving team in the league and they're keen to preserve their status," said Wessels.
"I'm unsure of the standard of the competition - there are some very good players involved but Luke Wright was given a blender for his man of the match award recently."
Wessels will fly to Dhaka this evening and return to the UK on Sunday 10 November.
Steven Mullaney is already in Bangladesh having answered a call from Khelaghar Samaj Kalyan Samity while Samit Patel was given an opportunity to feature.
