On Friday 17th May, Trent Bridge played host to the third annual LGBTQ+ Inclusion in Cricket Conference.
Staff from counties and members from recreational clubs from across the country came together as the game strives to make cricket the most inclusive sport.
We were delighted to stand alongside members of The OUTlaws Supporters Group to share our experiences of how we supported the formation of the group over the past two years, and to outline our plans for LGBTQ+ inclusion in 2024 and beyond.
Stories and presentations from across the game demonstrated the steps being taken towards greater LGBTQ+ inclusivity and the lessons learned by clubs and counties who are proactively engaging with their local LGBTQ+ communities.
